Woke up today feeling very out of sorts. Anxiety was in full grip on me and I had no ideal why. I made a choice to change. Next time you get up and are not in the place you want to be reach out to others, select really great cloths that make you feel super and do something for youself. I realize the fact first and then verbalize it to my wife or whoelse I am with - that lets things get in motion. If I am by myself I get up and look around rather than stay put and pitty myself: look out the window and be aware about myself and my surroundings. If I don’t like where I am… It is mydecision to change it! I - we all - do have the ability to decide for ourselves to participate in life or not in every second of our life! A good friend of mine once told me: “When you don’t feel good you can make the decision to change it or to pitty yourself. The world keeps turning around either way; therefore, it is everybody’s decision to participate or not!”
I also go out and commect with nature; that calms me down and gives my brain a rest!
